Windows 10 is the latest OS from Microsoft stable. It is a lot better than Windows 8.1 which is why millions of people updated their systems and opted for the Windows 10 upgrade. But not all the problems that plagued Windows 8.1 were solved when Windows 10 came along. There were problem such as Windows 10 Nvidia driver issues, not able to login with Microsoft account and so on. Worst of them was the Blue Screen of Death 0xC000021A error.
What causes the error?
This error is persistent and will show you a blue screen saying that your system has run into some problem and a restart is required. However, a mere restart can’t solve the problem, restoring the system doesn’t always work either. This error can happen when the system files are corrupted or if Winlogon.exe or Csrss.exe stops working. If there was an interruption when you were upgrading your OS, then also 0xc000021a can occur.
How can this error be fixed
There are a few different things that you can do to get rid of this problem
